次世代治療を育てたスニチニブは一流
腎癌界隈、最近出たあらゆる新薬のRCTが旧標準治療（前の絶対王者）であるスニチニブを対称群としてどれもこれもフルボッコで連勝し続けた結果、「もうやめて！スニチニブのHPはもうゼロよ！！」になりつつある。何回倒された？

PROs were maintained or improved with nivolumab plus cabozantinib versus sunitinib.
Compared with sunitinib, nivolumab plus cabozantinib significantly delayed time to
deterioration of patient-reported outcome scores. These results suggest a benefit
for nivolumab plus cabozantinib compared with sunitinib in the treatment of patients
with advanced renal cell carcinoma.

HCCのソラフェニブも同様。どの新規治療もスニチニブを一方的にやっつける一方で、head to headの臨床試験は意外に少ないので、その中でどの治療が優れているのかは意外にエビデンスが乏しい。スニチニブだけが一方的にやられまくっている。でも、逆に考えるとこれらの治療は全てスニチニブが育てたと言える。
